Lydia graduated from Aveda Institute Provo in November of 2023 and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in December of 2023. She has experince working in a spa as well as in clinical work. She combines trigger point therapy, cupping, lymphatic drainage, and other deep tissue and Swedish massage techniques to tailor each massage.
